“From Campus to Career: Navigating the Real World” is a dynamic workshop designed to help students successfully transition from university life to the professional world. We bring together industry professionals to share their real-world experiences, practical advice, and actionable insights.
This workshop aims to prepare students, both physically and mentally, to not only survive but thrive in today’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) industry landscape. We want to inspire students to shine in their careers and achieve their life goals.
Through engaging in panel discussions and personal experience-sharing sessions, students will gain valuable perspectives. They’ll leave with greater clarity and confidence to navigate their career paths. Students will also get the chance to ask questions directly to our speakers during interactive Q&A sessions, making the experience informative and personal.
Join us for the IPFA 2025 Special Educational Program on 7th August 2025 at the SPICE Convention Centre, Penang. This one-day free workshop is tailored for final-year undergraduates and postgraduates in Engineering and related fields. Held in conjunction with the 32nd IEEE IPFA Symposium, the program offers inspiring industrial talks, engaging panel discussions, guided booth tours of cutting-edge technology, and a poster competition with exciting prizes. Participants will benefit from valuable networking opportunities, industry exposure, and enhanced soft skills. Free admission includes meals, a door gift, and an e-certificate. Submit your application by 31st May 2025 and stand a chance to be part of this impactful experience. Results will be announced on 1st July 2025.
