IPFA 2025 Registration Fees

We are pleased to announce that IPFA 2025 is claimable under HRDF Corp’s SBL-Khas program. Each company is eligible to send up to 9 participants per entity to the conference using HRDF SBL-Khas funds.

The procedures for participants seeking to claim under HRD Corp are as follows:

  1. Fill out the Registration Google Form at this link: https://forms.gle/PqFBsY1yEu6stzm86
  2. Download and fill out the Participants Details Form (Excel sheet) from https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15UsBLGHQCynCGnD1wlOXxMuH9sK3I_vo/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=101646798173978656762&rtpof=true&sd=true, then upload in the Registration Google Form as attachment.
  3. Wait for the quotation from the IPFA 2025 Secretariat, which will be sent via registered email.
  4. The participant’s company should apply for the HRD Corp Grant and submit the quotation online.
  5. Email the Grant Application information to the IPFA 2025 Secretariat at ipfasecretariat@usm.my

The final date for HRDF registration is July 18, 2025. For any inquiries on HRDF registration, please email ipfasecretariat@usm.my.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

You hereby consent to the following cancellation policies when submitting the registration form:

  1. Non-HRDF (Normal Participant) – Registration via Softconf (https://softconf.com/p/ipfa2025/)
  • If you wish to cancel your registration for the conference, you must provide at least two weeks’ notice before the conference start date to get full refund.
  • If you cancel less than two weeks before the conference start date, you will be CHARGED FULL of the registration fee, unless you are able to find a replacement attendee from the same company/institution. To request a replacement attendee, please email the IPFA 2025 Secretariat (ipfasecretariat@usm.my) with the name and contact information of the replacement attendee by July 18, 2025.

    **Please note that refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 30 days of the conference start date. For any refund request, please email to IPFA 2025 Secretariat at ipfasecretariat@usm.my.

  1. HRDF Claimable Participant
  • Two weeks’ notice is required before the conference for registration cancellations to secretariat. For cancellations of approved grants, the company must coordinate directly with HRD.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the conference will be CHARGED FULL fee to the company unless replaced by other participants from the same company. Kindly email to IPFA 2025 Secretariat (ipfasecretariat@usm.my) for name and contact changes.
